The artworks are acrylic hand painted on canvas or in the case or the World of Stripes, the designs are acrylic painted on hand made wooden "boxes" that can be wall mounted to give that extra dimension. Some of Mark's inspiration of the Collection derives from the Pop Art movement in particular the work of artists Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. Whilst the artwork doesn't employ any symbolism or any irony or parody it does include other Pop Art traits such as the use of vibrant colours and minimalism, in some cases very simple geometric shapes, and this is what makes it aesthetically appealing and perfectly suitable for homes or offices.
